The OptiTracker database can be shared among
several computers. Typically, you will have one or more computers for
entering patient related operations such as patient profiles and patient
orders. The same computers, or others, can be used to maintain inventory,
produce reports, and perform other administrative support activities.
All of these computers share a single database. The computer hosting
the database is called the “Server”. Computers that
connect to the Server are referred to as “Clients”.
Note:
For a small practice the Server can also be used as the Client
computer.
The
price of a single OptiTracker license is $79/Month. With a single
license you will be able to set up 1 user account capable of
performing all operational and administrative functions. You can also
set up an unlimited number of administrative user accounts at no extra
charge. Extra operational functions user accounts are priced at
$29/Month.
